“Having been visited by the Spirit of God; having conversed with angels, and having been spoken unto by the voice of the Lord; and having the spirit of prophecy, and the spirit of revelation, and also many gifts, the gift of speaking with tongues, and the gift of preaching, and the gift of the Holy Ghost, and the gift of translation;”

This week we will talk about the translation of the Book of Mormon…

The Book of Mormon for those unfamiliar is a set of scripture similar to the Bible. It is another testament of Jesus Christ and it compliments the Bible in many ways.

The Book of Mormon is the ancient records of the ancient people of the Americas. It is about their story and their dealings with Christ.

Joseph Smith was called by God to be a prophet and to bring to pass the translation of the Book of Mormon. He was given special gifts so that he could translate an unknown ancient language.

The Book of Mormon is further proof that Christ really did die for us and that all of the world has been saved because of his sacrifice.

Personal finance is one of those things where following the crowd does not work. Most people's personal finances are not doing very well so unless you want poor personal finances then make sure you never justify purchases, or poor saving by everyone around you.
